Talent Acquisition Specialist in Architecture

Задачи:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across designated Architecture teams and deliver high-quality hiring across a range of levels and specialist skill areas
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and understand their teams, capability requirements, and current and future talent needs
• Develop proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipelining strategies for priority and hard-to-find architectural skills
• Build and maintain external networks and talent communities to strengthen access to architectural talent
• Bring external talent-market insights to hiring discussions, including talent availability, competitor activity, candidate expectations, and emerging skills

Требования:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment
• Take a proactive approach to sourcing, talent mapping, and talent pipelining
• Confidence to influence, advise, and build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passion for inclusive recruitment processes and exceptional candidate experiences
