Remote Principal Housing Disrepair Lawyer (Locum)

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is recruiting a Locum Principal Housing Lawyer (Disrepair) for a Midlands local authority. 3-6 month rolling contract, full-time, predominantly remote with one day in the office weekly. Initial IT collection will be in person. Rate up to £65 per hour umbrella.

Ideal candidate: Qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive with strong housing litigation experience, and a track record in disrepair matters, litigation, and case management.
