• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Develop business cases and impact assessments for proposed solutions
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to understand organizational challenges
• Monitor project delivery against business objectives and provide regular progress updates
• Recommend process improvements and best-practice solutions tailored to client needs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful solution implementation
• Support change management initiatives and guide stakeholders during transition periods

Требования

• Extensive experience in business analysis or a similar consulting role
• Proven track record of delivering complex business transformation projects
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Strategic thinking and attention to operational detail
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Professional approach and strong organizational and time management abilities
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship; sponsorship will not be provided now or in the future

Temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity via an Umbrella company 3-Month rolling contract, starting in late October or early November

Hybrid requirement: 2 to 3 days per week in the central London office
