Interim Senior Regulatory Lawyer (Regulatory/Retail Products/Payments) - FinTech

We’re working with a high-growth, market-leading fintech on an exciting Long-term contract.

This is a broad, commercially focused role advising across retail financial products, consumer credit, payments and wider regulatory matters , with significant exposure to product and business teams.

The role will involve:

• Advising on consumer financial products, payments and credit propositions
• Providing pragmatic advice on regulatory change and risk
• Supporting product and technology teams from concept through implementation
• Advising senior stakeholders and contributing to governance and strategic decisions
• Working closely with Compliance, Risk and Financial Crime teams
• Managing external counsel where required
• UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE
• Excellent knowledge of consumer credit, payments and FCA regulation
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, technology-led environment
