Oculus Legal Group is working in close Partnership with a Top 150 Law Firm in Cambridge who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Highly ranked Private Client practice.
The role:
Managing a varied caseload on the preparation of wills, wealth protection and inheritance tax planning, the administration of complex estates, inheritance, and trust services and on all elderly client matters.
Accountable for managing a complex mixed caseload of client matters without supervision. Providing clients with high quality legal advice whilst proactively managing client relationships.
This will include supporting more complex work which cannot be serviced from other offices due to various reasons including experience and capacity.
You will be:
With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs.
Managing files. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation.
