Salesforce Product Owner

Steadman Brown are working with a Salesforce customer, looking to bring in a Salesforce Product Owner to lead their Salesforce Instance. This company have over 500 users, across a wide tech stack including Sales, Service, Marketing and Revenue Cloud.As the Salesforce Product Owner, you'll work closely with the C Suite, and Snr Stakeholders to define the strategy and drive the roadmap of Salesforce, and how it can improve the business processes. You'll also inherit an experienced team of Salesforce Professionals, including 2 Administrators and Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• OwntheSalesforceVision,RoadmapandBacklogmakingsureitisalignedwithbusinessandrevenueobjectives.
• PartnerwithSnrStakeholdersacrossmultipledepartmentstoidentifypainpointsandimprovements.
• Translatebusinessrequirementsintodetailedsolutionsforthetechnicalteamtocompletethebuild.
• ManageandleadtheteamofSalesforceProfessionals,assigningworkandmakingsuretheyfollowbestpractice.

Key Requirements:

• 3+YearsinaSalesforceProductOwner/Managerrolewithinadynamicandfastpacedenvironment.
• ProvenexperienceinowningaSalesforceroadmapandstrategywithinabusiness.
• StronghandsonexperiencewithmulticloudSalesforceenvironmentsusingdeclarativebuild.
• Experienceworkinginan complexSalesCloudenvironment
