THE ROLE: YOUR LAWYERS, YOUR EXPERTISE.

Joining their Technology, Media & Entertainment team , you’ll support your own allocation of Lawyers, providing the full range of Legal PA support.

Think:

• Complex diary and inbox management
• Document production and amendments
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Travel arrangements and meeting coordination
• Billing, expenses and financial administration
• Keeping your Lawyers organised, prepared and one step ahead

Your Lawyers know what they want, communicate their instructions clearly and are happy to listen to your suggestions.

In other words, you’re trusted to use your initiative, bring ideas to the table and do what you do best - rather than simply being handed a never-ending to-do list.

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

Let’s be clear. This role is for an experienced Legal PA who is already supporting their own allocation of Lawyers within a law firm.

You’ll need to be confident, organised, proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload.

This isn’t an entry-level opportunity for a Law graduate with general administration experience. They’re looking for someone who already understands the Legal PA role and can hit the ground running.
