Dynamic Commercial Property Lawyer (Hybrid, Local Authority)

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a qualified Commercial Property lawyer to join a London Local Authority on a locum contract of 3 months with a view to extension.

The role is hybrid, with only one day in the office every two weeks, and offers an attractive hourly rate of £50–£55 Umbrella.

You will handle landlord and tenant work, advise on commercial property transactions, and negotiate leases while delivering accurate legal guidance to council clients.
