An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate (2-6 PQE) to join one of the North West's leading independent law firms.
The firm's Commercial Litigation team is Top Tier ranked by Legal 500 and has a strong reputation for handling high-quality, complex disputes for an impressive SME and OMB client base. The team acts on a broad range of commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence, insolvency litigation, IP and IT disputes, injunctions and commercial agency claims.
This is a role offering genuine variety and responsibility , with the successful candidate working closely with experienced partners and senior Lawyers whilst also having the opportunity to run their own matters under supervision.
The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and ideally up to around 6 PQE , coming from a leading regional or national practice.
You should have solid experience across commercial litigation and be comfortable assisting senior litigators, dealing directly with clients and taking responsibility for your own matters.
