We are seeking a senior governance professional to act as Company Secretary for the Group's holding company and key Group-level committees, ensuring robust governance processes and high-quality Board operations.
You will coordinate Board and Committee governance across multiple jurisdictions, maintain records and governance frameworks, and liaise with executives and investors on governance matters.
