Remote Head of Content & Editorial Strategy

Pairs is seeking a Head of Content to turn weekly material—founder and investor interviews, transcripts, and founders' views—into articles, posts, newsletters, and video.

You will own the content calendar, decide what gets published from each piece, and shepherd work from draft to publishable standard. You’ll work with brand and design to shape voice, angle, and pacing for cross-channel output.
