Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
Oversee financial performance, resource allocation, budgeting and business planning to ensure the company's commercial success.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a C-suite or other senior executive leadership role, preferably within the IT consultancy, software development or technology sector.
Proven experience leading business strategy, organisational growth and commercial operations.
Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex technology projects.
Strong commercial, financial and strategic planning skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent executive-level professional experience.
Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced technology environment and drive continuous business improvement.
