Casual Exam Invigilators

Hayesfield Girls' School is seeking to appoint dedicated Exam Invigilators to ensure our students receive the best possible examination experience. Working on a casual basis, postholders will provide invigilation cover for external and internal examinations and carry out associated administrative duties as directed by the Examinations Officer. Key duties include preparing examination rooms, distributing materials, monitoring student behaviour, and enforcing exam board regulations.

• Good standard of literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to both students and adults.
• Calm, authoritative presence and the ability to maintain strict exam conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility during key exam windows. Hayesfield is a unique and exciting school; it is an oversubscribed Girls' School with a co-educational Sixth Form with accommodation over two sites.
