On-Site Technical FM Manager – Energy & Compliance

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Service Manager to oversee Hard FM delivery across on‑site London properties, ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency and profitability. You will manage direct labor and subcontractors, review policies, and drive best practices to meet client expectations.

You will lead risk management, KPI reporting and contract oversight while coordinating with internal teams and clients. A DBS check is required and NEBOSH/IOSH certification is preferred.
