Hydrogen is working with a leading London law firm looking to add a Senior Associate to its highly regarded Reward practice.
The team advises listed companies, private businesses, financial institutions, management teams and private capital-backed organisations across the full range of employee incentives and executive remuneration matters. Their work combines technically complex advisory mandates with a strong transactional practice, giving associates extremely broad exposure.
Work includes the design and implementation of share and cash-based incentive arrangements, executive remuneration and governance, tax-advantaged plans, management equity, international incentive arrangements and the treatment of awards in M&A, IPOs, demergers and other corporate transactions. There is also significant exposure to remuneration regulation , particularly within financial services.
The role would suit a lawyer with 5PQE+ and strong experience in employee incentives, share schemes or reward. You should be comfortable handling technically detailed matters, advising sophisticated clients and takin ownership of work with limited supervision.
