Thisisahigh-impactrole wherepricingplaysacentralroleincommercialdecision-making.You’llhavetheopportunitytoworkacrossmultipleproductlinesincludingMotor,Home,PetandSME ,offeringrealbreadthandthechancetodiversifyyourskillsetinadynamic,fast-growingenvironment .

TheRole

You’llberesponsiblefordevelopinganddeliveringpricingstrategies,workingcloselywithinternalteamsandexternalpartnerstodriveprofitablegrowth.

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

• Developingandimplementingdata-drivenpricingmodels acrossmultipleproductlines
• Analysingportfolioperformanceandidentifyingopportunitiesforoptimisation
• Supportingpricingstrategyanddecision-making inlinewithbusinessobjectives
• Collaboratingwithdistributionpartnerstorefineandenhancepricingapproaches
• Monitoringmodelperformanceandmakingrecommendationsforimprovement
• Presentinginsightstobothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders

• ExperienceinUKgeneralinsurancepricing (ideallymotor)
• Strongbackgroundinactuarialpricingtechniquesandmodelling
• ExperiencewithtoolssuchasRADAR,Earnix,Akur8orsimilar
• ProgrammingskillsinPythonand/orSQL
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills
• Abilitytocommunicatecomplexconceptsclearlytostakeholders
