We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Applications Support Officer/Housing Applications Support Specialist to provide additional specialist support to an established Housing Application Support team.
This role requires someone with extensive knowledge of the One Advanced DRS scheduling system , combined with hands‑on experience of NEC Housing Repairs and NEC Go-Mobile .
You will support applications used by the Housing Repairs service, investigating and resolving system and application issues while working closely with operational users, stakeholders and supporting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist application support across the Housing Repairs environment.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve application and system issues experienced by the Repairs service.
• Provide expert support for the One Advanced DRS scheduling system .
• Support NEC Housing Repairs and associated functionality.
• Provide support across NEC Go-Mobile .
• Investigate system configuration and identify changes or solutions required to resolve operational issues.
• Manage and resolve application‑related incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand issues and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Support effective day‑to‑day operation of business‑critical Housing applications.
• Assist with system changes, configuration, upgrades and continuous service improvement where required.
• Escalate complex system issues to relevant technical teams or suppliers where necessary.
• Maintain a strong focus on service quality and minimising disruption to the Housing Repairs service.

Essential Skills & Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
Extensive One Advanced DRS experience
NEC Housing Repairs experience
Strong Housing Repairs application support experience
Hands‑on system/application configuration knowledge
