Elite Girls Academy Manager: Strategy, Talent & Wellbeing

Liverpool FC is recruiting a senior Academy leader to own the PGA strategy and Academy Performance Plan, coordinating coaching, medical, education and operations to deliver clear objectives and review points.

You will line-manage staff, oversee a coherent player pathway from talent systems to the Women’s First Team, ensure evidence-based development plans, safe culture, governance and budgeting, with regular reporting to technical and executive forums.
