Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of IT integration projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies, architectures, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and development teams to understand integration needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Oversee the design and development of APIs, data mappings, and integration flows between disparate systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, custom applications).
• Manage integration platforms and tools (e.g., iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or custom integration frameworks).
• Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and adhere to best practices and architectural standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of integrations, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration specialists and developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Document integration designs, specifications, and processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging integration technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated IT Integration Manager or Lead Integration Engineer role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with various integration technologies and patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, Message Queues, ETL).
• Proven experience with at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud Integration, Workato).
• Solid understanding of enterprise application integration (EAI) principles and service‑oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating cloud‑based applications.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team members.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK.
