Working closely with PR, Retailer, Brand and Creative teams, you will develop integrated digital campaigns that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and deliver measurable commercial results.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager , you will develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with the overall brand and product strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing plans supporting brand, product and commercial objectives.
• Lead the SEO and SEM strategy , increasing organic traffic, visibility and website performance.
• Manage website content, performance, UX and analytics, working closely with developers and creative partners.
• Collaborate with PR, Retailer and Creative teams to deliver engaging, integrated and brand-consistent campaigns.
• Manage activity across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube .
• Analyse campaign and customer performance using tools including Google Analytics, GA4 and Meta Ads Manager .
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure a strong return on investment across all channels .
• Monitor competitor activity, emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Ensure digital activity complies with relevant advertising standards and data protection requirements, including GDPR .

About You

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially focused digital marketer who combines strategic thinking, analytical capability and hands-on digital expertise .

Ideally, you will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ digital marketing experience, preferably within automotive, consumer goods, technology or another fast-moving consumer environment.
• Strong experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal .
• Good working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics tools .
• Strong understanding of social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube , together with their advertising platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Mailchimp .
• A highly analytical approach with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and digital marketing budgets.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment .

Automotive industry experience would be highly advantageous, while Mandarin/English bilingual capability would be an additional benefit.
