An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Growth & Demand Generation Manager to join a growing B2B business operating within the data and technology space.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in hands-on growth marketing, demand generation or B2B campaign management, who can take ownership of the campaigns and activity that drive pipeline and revenue.
Importantly, experience within data services, technology, utilities or telecoms is essential for this role.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of growth and demand generation activity, working closely with Sales, Product, Innovation, Delivery and the wider Marketing team.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, ABM programmes and lead generation activity, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution and performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and executing growth and demand generation activity
- Taking accountability for pipeline revenue contribution and reporting against targets
- Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social and content
- Developing and managing account-based marketing (ABM) programmes for key target accounts
- Working closely with Sales to align targeting, messaging and outreach
- Managing campaigns through HubSpot, including workflows, landing pages, email journeys, lead nurturing and reporting dashboards
- Working alongside the Marketing Associate to deliver campaigns, events and content
- Contributing to paid media activity, including SEM and paid social
- Supporting wider marketing strategy, positioning and proposition development
- Contributing to events, webinars, thought leadership, PR, SEO, website and organic social activity
- Analysing campaign and pipeline performance and making data-led recommendations
- Supporting marketing budgeting and reporting
- Monitoring market and competitor activity and keeping up to date with sector trends
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation or B2B campaign management
- Experience gained specifically within data services, technology, utilities or telecoms
- A proven track record of owning campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Clear evidence of contributing to pipeline and revenue
- Experience running or contributing to ABM programmes
- Practical experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM / marketing automation platform
- Experience with workflows, landing pages, email journeys and campaign reporting
- A working understanding of paid media and SEM
- Strong analylitical skills and confidence using campaign data to inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in how marketing activity translates into pipeline and revenue
- A hands-on, proactive and self-motivated approach
Desirable experience:
- CIM or other relevant marketing qualification
- Experience with ABM or sales enablement platforms
- Experience with AI-assisted marketing or design tools
- Experience managing external agencies
- Event and webinar planning experience
