Description

Role requires a mid-weight Art Director with a proven track record leading concept and on-set art direction across global campaigns, for brands that sit at the intersection of fashion, culture, and commercial ambition.

Our client is a well-regarded creative agency producing work for some of the most recognised names across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer culture globally. They need an Art Director who can shape standout concepts from inception and carry them through to execution, across a genuinely varied project slate, working closely with creative leadership and collaborating with a range of photographers, directors, and production talent along the way.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be briefed. They want someone who gets stuck in, uses their initiative, works as part of the team, and brings a can-do attitude to every project, whether it is a global campaign or a quick turnaround brief. Someone who is as strong on the idea as they are on set, and who takes genuine pride in the variety of the work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead art direction from concept development through to on-set execution across stills and video
• Collaborate closely with creative leadership to shape and deliver campaign ideas across a varied project portfolio
• Work with photographers, directors, stylists, and production teams to realise creative vision
• Contribute to pitches, treatments, and presentations with confidence and authority
• Use initiative and work proactively as a core part of the team
• Maintain creative integrity and quality across all outputs regardless of project scale

Experience:

• Proven mid-weight art direction experience within a creative agency, production company, or brand environment
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and high-quality campaign execution across stills and video
• Experience working across a variety of projects and brand categories including fashion, lifestyle, and commercial
• Comfortable leading on set and directing a range of creative talent
• Culturally switched on with a genuine eye for what is relevant and resonant
• Collaborative, proactive, and a natural self-starter who gets stuck in without being asked
