Strategic HR Compliance Lead, EMEA

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Manager to establish and lead the EMEA People Compliance function from London. You will partner with Employment Legal, Privacy and PX teams to translate regulatory change into scalable policies and controls.

Based in London, you will oversee EMEA Right to Work, background checks, data governance and Leave of Absence leadership, driving governance, training and continuous improvement across the region.
