Part-Time Assistant Shop Manager — Lead Sales & Community Impact

Havens Hospices Basildon shop is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our busy, popular store. This part-time role runs a flexible pattern: 3 days in 7, including a Saturday or Sunday, supporting the Shop Manager to drive sales, grow the team and maintain exceptional customer service within the local community.

We care for children, young people and adults with complex or incurable conditions, delivering care at home and in our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
