Service Designer - CRM

Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation which is looking to add two Service Designers to support with the review and re-design of a number of processes and customer/colleague journeys relating to a number of CRM-related systems.

The role would involve working closely with the business as well as technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions, whilst also assessing the business impact of proposed changes to platforms and systems.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Extensive experience in a Service Design or Customer Journey transformation role, working on enterprise-level projects.
• Experience in the design of journeys to improve colleague or employee experience of particular interest.
• Ideally a background in delivering of CRM/platform journey transformation inititatives.

Role is being offered as an initial 6-month contract based in Edinburgh (2 days pw on-site), paying c. £550pd (inside IR35).
