PLC Programming & Automation

• Extensive experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and testing using:
• Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PLCs
• IDEC PLCs
• Other industry-standard PLC platforms
• Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text programming.

HMI/SCADA Development: is this mandatory/optional skill? YES

• Design, development, and configuration of HMI applications for industrial automation systems.
• Experience with:
• FactoryTalk View
• IDEC HMI
• Other HMI/SCADA platforms

System Integration

• Integration of PLCs with field devices, sensors, actuators, drives, motion control systems, and third-party equipment.
• Experience in interfacing automation systems with MES, ERP, SCADA, and Industrial IoT platforms.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols Modbus TCP/IP / RTU, OPC, etc
• Ability to configure Engineering Work Stations with PLC/HMI software
• Ability to configure Managed Ethernet Switches
• Strong knowledge in the generation of Logic Diagrams
