Global Corporate Restructuring Counsel (Contract)

BGC Group is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join its in-house Corporate Legal team on a 9–12 month fixed-term contract, focusing on corporate restructuring across EMEA and APAC. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and own complex cross-border matters.

The role covers entity rationalisations, intercompany restructurings, capital reductions, reorganisations and related advisory work, with exposure to M&A and regulated entity set-up as needed.
