Interim Head of Property Management

We’re looking for an experienced MRICS commercial property management leader to take on a senior interim assignment with an established property business, based across the South West of England. This is a hands‑on turnaround and troubleshooting role, supporting a property management function that needs experienced leadership, greater structure and a clear focus on service delivery and performance. This is a day rate contract and will last for approximately 6 months.

The brief will include:

• Assessing the current team, processes and portfolio performance
• Identifying key operational issues and implementing practical improvements
• Providing visible, hands‑on leadership across Property Management
• Strengthening client relationships and service standards
• Improving compliance, financial controls and property management processes
• Supporting lease events, service charges, rent and insurance recovery and wider portfolio performance
• Helping establish a more consistent, accountable and high‑performing team culture

We’re looking for someone who has successfully led commercial property management teams, is comfortable walking into a challenging environment and can quickly establish what needs to change and deliver against it.

MRICS essential, with strong commercial property management, leadership and client management experience. If you’re an experienced Property Management leader who enjoys solving problems, improving teams and getting things back on track.
