Senior Employee Relations Leader

Selfridges on Oxford Street is seeking an experienced Employee Relations leader to manage ER activity across the business, including Head Office, and coach management through people processes and policy.

You will act as trusted advisor to managers, handle complex ER cases, maintain ER dashboard and provide commercial recommendations while minimising risks. This role is based on-site in London and aligns with Selfridges Open to the World strategy.
