Autonomous Community Nurse (Band 5) - Training & Support

Keynsham Health Centre in BS31 1AF is seeking a Community Nurse Band 5 to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes. You will work with GPs and the multidisciplinary team, assess needs, plan and deliver care, promote independence, and contribute to service development.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term for 12 months, with access to NHS Pension, Agenda for Change terms, and professional development through The Learning Enterprise.
