Requirements

• No formal childcare qualification is required for this role.
• A genuine passion for working with children
• An interest in Early Years education and child development
• A caring, patient and friendly approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable and professional attitude
• A willingness to learn and develop
• An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
• Previous childcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
