Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day PPC activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Optimise campaigns to deliver against client KPIs – from efficiency to growth and return on ad spend.
• Mentor and support junior PPC Executives, helping to develop their technical and analytical skills.
• Contribute to strategic planning – identifying new opportunities, testing new ideas, and helping shape the agency’s paid media approach.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in SEO, creative, and data to build integrated, insight‑led advertising strategies.
• Communicate results clearly and confidently to clients, translating data into actionable insights and next steps.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience managing large budget paid search campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and a love of data‑driven decision making.
• The ability to balance technical execution with strategic thinking.
• Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire clients.
• A proactive, curious mindset – you’re always testing, learning, and improving performance.
• A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to progress into senior leadership.
