We are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with strong groundworks expertise and in-depth knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts to join our established organisation.

You’ll have the autonomy to take real ownership of commercial performance across a varied project portfolio, further developing your skills and enabling you to continue on your professional track, whilst positively impacting both project outcomes and our wider business.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial activities across our construction project portfolio.

You will take ownership of project costs, value and risk, managing applications for payment, variations and retentions while maintaining accurate records and driving timely agreement and payment.

Alongside managing contracts, you will provide clear reporting on cash and margins, working closely with project teams to strengthen commercial standards across the business.

Additionally, you will:

• Produce monthly CVRs and maintain accurate commercial trackers
• Manage NEC, JCT and bespoke contract administration
• Attend client meetings and carry out site inspections
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers
• Develop commercial awareness within project teams
