What you'll do

• Lead, support and motivate Care Assistants and Relief Care Assistants
• Coordinate rotas and staffing to ensure excellent service delivery
• Support recruitment, induction, supervision and staff development
• Maintain care plans, risk assessments and quality audits
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and person-centred practice
• Support compliance with CQC standards and service requirements
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota

What you'll bring

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience in health and social care, homecare, supported living or extra care
• Experience coordinating staff, rotas, schedules or care delivery
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
• Knowledge of
• CQC standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using digital systems and electronic care records
• Ability to work flexibly across
• 5 days out of 7
• Ability to participate in the management on-call rota
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Level 3 in Health and Social care or above
• Supervisory qualification or commitment to achieve within 18 - 24 months
