About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Analyst to join our EMEA Brand Social team as the performance and measurement expert. In this role, you’ll translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that fuel both Owned and Earned social strategy.
You are deeply fluent in social data, passionate about unlocking performance drivers, and eager to shape how we measure success across Influencer, Creator, Partnership, and Brand channels.
What You’ll Do
Lead Measurement Strategy
- Own and evolve the measurement strategy for both Owned and Earned social channels across EMEA
- Define and operationalize KPIs tied to marketing and business outcomes
- Develop consistent measurement frameworks that quantify brand and content impact
- Analyze performance across our brand and competitors using advanced social listening and data tools
Deliver High-Impact Reporting & Insights
- Build compelling reports and narratives for senior stakeholders, helping them understand performance and opportunities
- Present insights that drive optimization, content decisions, and channel strategy in real time
- Guide channel owners with ongoing performance modelling and recommendations
- Act as the centralized analytics partner for Partnership/Influencer programs and Owned Social
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to standardize reporting, data hygiene, and best practices
- Maintain analytics and listening tools to respond quickly to business-critical questions
- Oversee Creator and Endorsement compliance, forecasting and activation processes across EMEA
Campaign & Optimization Support
- Conduct boosted/paid content analysis to assess incremental growth and ROI
- Deliver campaign reporting and post-mortems across reach, engagement, influence, and sentiment
What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years’ experience in social media analytics for global consumer brands
- 5+ years broader marketing experience (digital preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Brandwatch, Tubular, Sprinklr (or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of CreatorIQ
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of influencer/creator measurement and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level narration
- Proven track record managing reporting for a large global brand
- Experience leading complex, multi-market projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with paid media, marketing analytics and brand measurement
- Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable influencing cross-functional teams
