Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEx *Boutique Firm *Great Commission

We are currently supporting a boutique law firm in North London seeking aResidential Property Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join their growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid residential conveyancing experience to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold transactions
• New build, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, and lenders
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within deadlines
• Working collaboratively within a growing property team

Candidate Requirements

• 2 yrs+ PQE in residential conveyancing including new build
• Proven experience managing your own caseload independently
• Confident client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage workload under pressure
