Woollcombe Yonge LLP in Plymouth seeks a Solicitor/CILEx to join our Business Services team. The ideal candidate will independently manage a busy caseload across secured lending, leases and landlord/tenant matters, plus buying/selling of commercial property and businesses.

You will provide expert advice, maintain excellent client relations, and support colleagues while delivering high-quality service. 35-hour week with hybrid working where appropriate; location is Plymouth, PL4 0BD.
