Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
A well-regarded regional law firm in Nottinghamshire seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least three years' PQE. This full-time post sits within a team expanding across the East Midlands. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises.
- The caseload will include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, buy-to-let transactions and development and refinancing matters.
- Proven experience handling transactions independently from instruction through to completion.
- Strong technical and commercial awareness.
- Excellent client care and communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and billing targets effectively.
