Serco Limited is hiring a Specialist Progression Coach in the Black Country area (Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall, Telford & Wrekin). This field-based role combines remote and on-site work to support participants with long-term health conditions or disabilities towards sustainable employment.
You will manage caseloads, deliver tailored coaching, conduct needs assessments, and connect clients with health, wellbeing, training, and employment services.
