Marketing Campaign Executive

Location: Hybrid working (office based with some remote flexibility)
Hours: 24 to 40 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: £31,000 to £38,000 (FTE equivalent 40 hours per week)
Reporting to: Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and support commercial growth.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination and delivery. Campaign direction and ideas are developed collaboratively across the team, and you will take responsibility for turning those ideas into well-structured, high-quality campaigns across multiple channels.

You will play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently, on time and aligned with business priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, YouTube and offline channels
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to develop content themes, ideas, audience targeting, messaging and priorities.
• Turning campaign ideas into detailed execution plans including messaging, timelines and channel activity
• Writing marketing copy for emails, website content, social media and campaign materials
• Building and managing email campaigns including segmentation, scheduling and automation
• Supporting social media planning and maintaining content calendars
• Working closely with the Content and Creative Executive to produce campaign assets
• Ensuring all campaign activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Supporting sales and business development teams with aligned marketing activity
• Monitoring performance and providing clear insights to improve future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a marketing role focused on campaign delivery or coordination
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience using email marketing platforms
• Experience working with website or CMS systems
• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple campaigns at once
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery
• A data-aware mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance
• Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in a B2B or commercially focused environment
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practice
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience collaborating with designers or creative teams
