An established regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer (1-3 years PQE) to join its friendly and growing Private Client team. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters while building long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a broad range of private client matters, including:
Wills and estate planning
Probate and estate administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Court of Protection matters
Trust creation and administration
Inheritance Tax and succession planning
Providing practical, client-focused legal advice.
Managing matters from instruction through to completion with a high level of autonomy.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supporting business development and networking initiatives.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
About you
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years' PQE in Private Client law.
Experience handling wills, probate, and LPAs.
Strong client care and communication skills.
Able to manage a caseload independently.
STEP qualification or interest in obtaining it is desirable.
