This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer with a strong grounding in M&A and transactional work who is looking for high-quality work, genuine client exposure and a collegiate culture where lawyers are trusted to take ownership of their matters.

The Role

• Join a thriving corporate practice with a strong and consistent workflow.
• Handle a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on M&A and transactional work.
• Work closely with senior lawyers while taking meaningful responsibility for your own matters and clients.

Who Are They Looking For?

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
• Strong experience across corporate transactions, particularly M&A.
• Commercially minded lawyer with excellent technical and drafting skills.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and able to build trusted relationships.
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to client service.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and values autonomy.
