Vestiaire Collective is seeking a VIP Operations Team Leader for our Crawley warehouse, to guide a seven-person multidisciplinary team through intake, photography, copywriting and listing of VIP consignments.
You will oversee daily workflow, monitor KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and provide coaching to ensure timely, high-quality processing of high-value items on-site. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes close collaboration with the warehouse team and VIP account managers.
