Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support in the UKIMEA CPD portfolio. You will blend tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement plans and winning submissions across geographies.

Lead and develop a UK-wide work winning team, align with portfolio leadership, promote best-practice bidding and embed knowledge management to increase win rates and confidence.
