At St Bede's Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, we are looking for an experienced, committed driven Wellbeing Officer to join our supportive and friendly team. As Pastoral Assistant, you will:

• Work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.
• To triage and support pupils .
• Work closely with Head of Year, senior leader, and external agencies.
• To co-ordinate plans for the care of pupil in crisis in conjunction with medical needs.
• Develop positive and constructive relationships to enhance their personal development personal development.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to address individual needs and enhance social and emotional well-being.
• Assist with the smooth transition of student at key stages in their educational journey.
• Maintain accurate records, including safeguarding-related actions, and uphold confidentiality in all interactions.
