How you’ll make an impact

Collaborate with lead consultants to provide outstanding support to our corporate clients.
Take the lead in managing client accounts, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring their pension and employee benefit needs are met and exceeded.
Organise and participate in governance meetings and create clear, engaging communications for employers and employees.
Assist with pension scheme reviews, implementations, and ensure clients remain compliant with regulations while offering expert guidance on salary exchange and other benefits.

About you

Proven experience supporting Corporate or Defined Contribution clients or handling administration work.
Solid understanding of auto‑enrolment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.
Organised, proficient in MS Office, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
