A workplace culture built around trying new things, getting things done, and having fun while we do it has helped us lend more than £7.5 billion of mortgages, put thousands of new or improved homes into the UK housing market, and successfully launch on the London Stock Exchange. We have big plans to continue growing the business, our products, our technology, and our people.
The Development Finance team was established in 2015 by the current Managing Director, Development Finance, and during this time the team has originated deals ranging from £1m to £20m+ across England, Scotland and Wales. Since inception, the team has originated over £1bn in development finance loans, and in more recent years, over £300m in land bridging and development exit loans, ranging from £1m to £15m.
