Breast Care Clinical Nurse Specialist — Keyworker (Band 6)

Wye Valley NHS Trust in Hereford is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Breast Care Nursing Team. The post offers opportunities for further training and development to support educational needs within the role.

You will work with the Breast multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic service from diagnosis through the treatment pathway, manage a caseload, and support patients and families through decisions about surgical options and care plans.
