Join The Parish Trust as an Early Years Assistant and help us support babies, young children and their families through **Plant**, our growing early years programme.

Working as part of our community team, you’ll help deliver a welcoming and varied programme of activities for children under five and their parents or caregivers. This will include sessions such as baby massage, sensory and messy play, movement, singing and storytelling, as well as offering practical encouragement and support to families.

You’ll also help with the work of our Baby & Maternity Bank, ensuring families can access essential items when they need them most. This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who enjoys working with young children, building positive relationships with families and helping create a warm, supportive environment where children can thrive.
