Key Duties
To manage a varied caseload of private client matters including: Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection cases.
To take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients and other contacts
To maintain and promote the good image and reputation of the firm
To assist colleagues, Directors and Heads of Department with marketing and training events and initiatives
To manage and supervise junior staff and support staff as required including assisting with recruitment, training etc
To use the case management software
The successful applicant must have:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Private Client matters (candidates with less experience would still be considered).
Experience of working on own initiative with minimum supervision
Experience of establishing, building and sustaining professional relationships with clients and other contacts
IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.
Commercial and financial awareness.
Preferable if based locally with some client following.
